Above ground single walled diesel tank with containment basin - 25.000 l

 Characteristics:

• Produced in accordance with the European norms in force;

• Made from carbon steel sheet SR 235 JR UNI EN 10025;

• Capacity 25,000 l;

• The tank is provided with anti-roll supports;

• Containment basin: Made of carbon steel sheets, self-supporting base frame designed to be bolted to the tank’s bottom supports; it can be placed on any type of surface (even for permanent installation) and is designed according to the capacity of the tank. It is completely primed with a rust preventing layer and finished with a layer of paint;

• Anti-corrosion layer and paint layer;

• 400 mm manhole with 3” lockable filling quick plug and vent device with flame arrestor mesh;

• Level indicator;

• Mechanical overfill prevention valve calibrated to interrupt the fuel flow at 95% of the tank's geometric capacity, filter, angle/inline check valves;

• Drainage point provided with a safety cap for routine maintenance and cleaning;

• Lifting lugs for empty tank handling.

• The tanks are executed in a quality-environment-health management system applied and certified according to the standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, OHAS 18001: 2007, Certificate number 11737.

• Welds are made by TUV Rheinland certified welders in accordance with the requirements of standard 9606-2004 and are performed based on the specification and TUV Rheiland certified welding procedures for metallic materials in accordance with the requirements of standard 15614/2004.

• Tank performance is equivalent to Technically Approved model performance 016-05 / 3746-2018, tested in a testing laboratory accredited by RENAR.

The General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, the performance criteria for meeting the fundamental requirement of fire safety in the construction operation are met.

The personnel responsible for commissioning at the customer's location is certified by the company producing the fuel distributors (pumps) and authorized by INSEMEX.

The documents that accompany the products are:

• Pneumatic test certificate,

• Paint thickness test certificate in at least 10 points,

• Technical Approval,

• IGSU - fire safety paint testing,

• ISO certificates,

• Welders' certificates tested by TUV Rheinland,

• Welding specifications and procedures - TUV Rheinland certificates,

• Installation manual.
