The virtual tank is created in the system by entering its capacity in litres. The virtual tanks work with manual tank-loads, thus, the manager receives a fuel delivery and enters it into the system.
It is possible to enter the fuel cost and the supplier. The fuel cost will be used to calculate the inventory value. The calculation will use the most recently entered cost.
The system automatically deducts transactions from the total fuel inventory value.
It is possible to configure alarms that will appear in the software once fuel dispensers are loaded into the system. Alarms are software based, they do not act on the dispenser.
It is possible to enter fuel loads/unloads and adjustments.
