mounted; the capacity is 190 Sm3/h (+/- 5%) for inlet pressure 3 bar running at
39,5 kW (power consumption). Total output 380 Sm3/h, output pressure 280bar.
• 2x high – pressure 3 sections
storage SP28 for compressed gas; each 2.240 l water volume (28 bottles each
80l); working pressure 285 bar; max. working pressure 308 bar; test pressure
440 bar. Total volume 4480 l, i.e., 1.255m3 /1.000kg at 280bar.
• 1x concrete container contains
all other accessories like dryers, blow-down vessels and EMSR – components.
Noise protection is 65 dB in 1 m distance. EMSR area is separated. Dimensions
of each are 6,55 x 2,69 x 3,12 m.
The installation:
The supervision, pre-installation
control will be organized by technician from MJS 3-4 weeks before installation
(one day), installation takes 2-4 days. All cost for labour and traveling will
be charged to the company Eurial.
Engineering, project and building
work:
All job in the project and plant
for installation will be conducted by EURIAL (according to drawing plans for
container from MJS/SAT), the same like all permissions and certificates by
local notify body. Also, gas and electrical connection (electric cabinet as
well) are not included in the offer and this responsibility of the end
customer.
