3. Delivery Terms

The products and services are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer, only on the Romanian territory and only up to the easily accessible areas. The buyer is obliged to indicate easily accessible locations for delivery. If the Buyer indicates certain areas that are not easily accessible (such as: high mountainous areas, areas close to fields or agricultural areas, etc., which are not related to public roads) then the delivery will be made at the most close location, in which case Eurial is released from any liability and the Buyer is obliged to take over the ordered products.

If the Buyer requests that the delivery of the products be made in certain areas, places or construction sites in which certain access of transport vehicles is conditioned by the payment of taxes, administrative or private, royalties, commissions or other compensation, all costs related to the seller's access to such places belongs exclusively to the Buyer and conditions the delivery. If the Buyer does not pay the respective fees, Eurial is released from the contractual obligation to deliver the products in such areas. In case the Buyer does not make the payment and Eurial will have to pay the equivalent value of these fees / access fees for entering / leaving such places, he will invoice their equivalent value to the Buyer, attaching to the invoice a copy the document by which he paid the fees / respective commissions. In this case, the invoice is due within 15 days of issue, and the Buyer undertakes to pay it to Eurial.

The delivery and transport of the Products will be made according to the INCOTERMS condition agreed by the Parties, mentioned in the Contract and its Annexes (DAP [point of delivery / location] or EXW [factory / terminal]). During transport and, in general, throughout the supply chain, the Products will be accompanied by all the documents accompanying the goods provided for by the legislation in force. The unloading of the products subject to the contract from the means of transport is the responsibility of the Buyer, an operation which is carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Eurial undertakes to deliver and the buyer to receive and pay for the goods according to the invoices issued, which will correspond to the assortments and quantities ordered and the agreed prices.


4.      4.  Placing and cancelling orders

Site visitors can place orders by selecting and adding the desired products to the shopping cart, filling out the payment form and clicking the "Place order" button.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not lead to the registration of an order. Thus, the order will be considered as certain when you press the "Place order" button for the page accessed via the end button on the shopping cart page. The obligation to deliver the products will arise from the Company at the time of collection of the related price through one of the accepted payment methods as expressly indicated on the Site and which can be consulted by you at the latest when pressing the end button in the form. payment that opens after placing the order.

• any of the Terms and Conditions or the Policies displayed on the Site have not been complied with by you.

Eurial will send you the payment documents related to the purchase made, your obligation being to provide us with all the necessary information according to the applicable accounting and fiscal legislation.

According to the legislation in force, for those orders for which payment by bank card will be accepted, Eurial will not request additional payments.

In the case of online payments, Eurial is not responsible for any other costs incurred by the buyer in addition to the price of the purchased product including bank transfer or currency conversion fees.

In order to cancel an order, the buyer will send a request to cancel the order to the email address contact@eurial.com.ro.


5.      5. Return policy

According to the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the clients can apply for the return procedure in 14 days, without having to justify their decision and without incurring other costs than those provided in art. 13, para. (3) and art. 14. See more details here.

The buyer will send a return request to the email address contact@eurial.com.ro, specifying the order number for which a return is desired.

The refund of the amounts collected, in case the consumer does not want another product, will be done as follows:

• By bank transfer, those paid by bank card and / or PO (in case of request for return at a later date of sale);

• By sending to the bank the request to cancel / redo the transaction, if the payment was made by bank card (if the products are returned on the same day as the payment was made or in all cases where the products were purchased with payment in installments - by credit card).

6.      6. Settlement of disputes
